Fletchy's otter belly lodge is looking to add crew members. fletchy's is a beach resort in northern Michigan located in the Keweenaw Peninsula. Fletchy's is an extremely fun upbeat place to work. we offer motel room rentals, serve ice cream, serve breakfast, rent snowmobiles and are always looking for great new ideas. here at fletchy's employees will feel like it is their own place as well. employees often find themselves ripping up the trails on one of our side by sides after work or enjoying a nice breakfast while the shift isn't very busy. we are looking for all types of crew members from kitchen staff to grounds keepers to ice cream scoopers. our wait staff is very well compensated with tips along with out tour guides! employees at fletchy's often find themselves getting down and dirty while dragging a kayaks off the beach or washing dishes after a long day in the restaurant.
